- Free Standard Shipping across Canada & the U.S. on orders over $75 CAD (before taxes).
- Orders under $75 CAD ship for a $15 flat rate.
- Next-Day and Expedited options are available at checkout for most regions — pricing shown below.

- Delivery times below are estimates only and may change due to carrier delays or other factors.
- These times represent lead times for delivery only; additional processing time (1–3 business days) is required before your order ships.
- Customized & personalized items require 3 business days of production before shipping. Delivery estimates shown at checkout for these items already include production time.
- Next-Day and Expedited orders placed before the cut-off time ship the same or following business day. Next-Day service covers select locations; remote areas may require an extra day — we will confirm with you after your order is placed.

🇺🇸 U.S. Shipping (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid)
All U.S. orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
• Duties and taxes are included in your purchase price — no additional fees upon delivery.
• All goods arriving in the United States are customs cleared prior to final delivery.
• No brokerage charges or surprise import costs.
• Tracking is provided for all U.S. shipments.
⚡ Key Notes
- Tracking: All orders include a tracking number sent to your confirmation email. Track your parcel from our warehouse to your door.
- Delivery Attempts: Ensure someone is available to receive your order. Missed deliveries will either have a second attempt or be held at the nearest local carrier station.
- PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO boxes.
- Large Items / Freight: Most items are small parcels. Oversized items may require freight shipping, which may take longer.
