At Maison Concepts, we make shopping for home décor effortless, stylish, and worry-free. From checkout to delivery, our goal is to keep everything simple, transparent, and fully insured.
🚚 Shipping Within Canada
✅ Standard Shipping
- Orders over $75 CAD (before taxes) ship free across Canada
- Orders under $75 CAD ship for a $15 flat rate
- Standard delivery estimates vary by region — see our Shipping & Estimated Delivery Times page for details by province.
- Shipping to Yukon, Northwest Territories & Nunavut may require a custom quote — please contact us.
All shipments include insurance coverage for added peace of mind.
All orders ship from our warehouse in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
⚡ Next-Day & Expedited Delivery
Need it fast? Faster options are available at checkout based on your delivery address:
- Ontario: Next-Day Delivery — $25 CAD. Order by 11 AM EST for next-business-day delivery.
- Quebec: Next-Day Delivery — $30 CAD. Order by 11 AM EST for next-business-day delivery.
- Manitoba, Saskatchewan & Alberta: Expedited (2 business days, by air) — $25 CAD.
- British Columbia: Expedited (2 business days, by air) — $30 CAD.
- Atlantic Provinces (NB, NS, PE, NL): Expedited (2–3 business days) — $20 CAD.
How the cut-off works:
- Orders placed before 11 AM EST ship the same business day; orders placed after ship the next business day.
- Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Next-Day orders placed Friday before 11 AM EST deliver Monday; orders placed Friday after 11 AM EST ship Monday and deliver Tuesday.
- Next-Day service covers select locations. Some remote areas may require an extra day — if your address falls outside the next-day service area, we will contact you promptly with the option of an adjusted delivery date or a refund of the difference.
🎨 Customized & Personalized Items
- Customized items require 3 business days of production before they ship.
- Delivery estimates shown at checkout for customized items already include production time.
- A paid Priority option is available at checkout for customized items, which ships by the fastest method for your region immediately after production.
🇺🇸 U.S. Shipping – DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
All U.S. orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid):
- Duties and taxes are included in your purchase price
- No additional fees upon delivery
- No brokerage charges
- Customs clearance completed prior to final delivery
- Full tracking provided
You will never be responsible for import fees on U.S. orders. Free shipping applies to U.S. orders over $75 CAD; orders under $75 CAD ship for a $15 flat rate.

Pick up your order at our Mississauga distribution centre at no charge.

🚛 Shipping Carriers
To ensure reliable and timely delivery, we partner with a network of trusted national carriers.
We utilize multiple shipping providers and select the most appropriate carrier for each order based on destination, transit time, and service efficiency — ensuring your package arrives safely and promptly.
📅 Delivery & Tracking
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
- Delivery timelines depend on destination and carrier.
- If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details provided at checkout, additional charges may apply.
✏️ Changes & Delays
- To update your delivery details, notify us at least 48 hours prior to shipment with your order number and product details. Changes are subject to approval.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information, carrier disruptions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Delivery timelines may be extended in such cases.
