- All shipments include insurance coverage for added peace of mind

From $20 CADNext-day: order by 11 AM EST to ship same day; after 11 AM EST, ships next business day. Business days are Mon–Fri, excluding holidays. Select locations — eligibility confirmed at checkout; some remote areas may require an extra day.

A paid Priority option is available at checkout for customized items — it ships by the fastest method for your region immediately after production.

Standard orders ship within 1–3 business days. Next-Day and Expedited orders placed before the cut-off ship the same or following business day.

To ensure reliable and timely delivery, we partner with a network of trusted national carriers.
We utilize multiple shipping providers and select the most appropriate carrier for each order based on destination, transit time, and service efficiency — ensuring your package arrives safely and promptly.

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details provided at checkout, additional charges may apply.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information, carrier disruptions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Delivery timelines may be extended in such cases.

- Original shipping fee is deducted from refunds (even for free shipping orders)
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
- Returns are free only if the item is physically dropped off at our distribution centre
- Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and follow our Claims Process page. We will resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.
